    Find out about the general terms and conditions (T&C) of our various booking sections.

    All transactions, without exception, are subject to our standard trading conditions as follows: all warehousing is carried out in accordance with the UKWA conditions of storage. All land transport is undertaken in accordance with Road Haulage Association Conditions of Carriage (within the UK) or CMR (in respect of international movements). Freight forwarding is carried out in accordance with BIFA conditions and the applicable international conventions. Subcontractors must adhere to the Supplier T&Cs. All trading conditions are the current edition.
