Standard Terms and Conditions of Service
Goods and services shall be provided by Vendors as per Schenker Ltd (UK) and Schenker Ireland Ltd Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. These terms shall prevail over any condition stated by Vendors in accepting or acknowledging a DB Schenker issued Purchase Order, unless otherwise accepted in writing by Schenker Ltd (UK) and Schenker Ireland Ltd.
