Are you detail-oriented and thrive in an administrative role? We’re looking for a Business Case Specialist to join our Land Freight team in Bradford. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth processing of import shipments through accurate data entry and effective communication with internal teams and partners.
Location: Bradford, UK
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30
What Will You Be Doing?
- Data input to facilitate import shipments.
- Liaising with the transport team and overseas partners regarding deliveries.
- Managing the shared email inbox, responding to queries and escalating issues where necessary.
- Coordinating with internal teams to support smooth operations and problem resolution.
- Handling various administrative tasks to support daily logistics activities.
About You
- Previous administrative experience (logistics experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
