We're seeking a Key Account Specialist to join us in providing top-notch export services to our valued customers and overseas partners. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of export operations, ensuring efficiency and proactivity while delivering exceptional customer service. Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 17:30
Location: London, Heathrow
What will you be doing?
- Monitor and action generic email boxes and respond in a timely manner. Arranging collection from vendors.
- Utilising ProCarS / Tango to produce shipping documentation i.e. MAWB, HAWB. Preparation of export entries in accordance with UK HMRC regulations. Post flights. Job file invoicing.
- Cost control. Action pending tray daily.
- Ensure all queries and complaints are investigated and responded to promptly, both from external and internal customers / suppliers.
- Support sales and CSM with customer visits as requested. Ensure customer invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all rates received are passed to the Team Leader for loading into ProCarS for auto rating.
About You
- Strong background in airfreight logistics.
- Expertise in planning, organizing, and executing export & import operations.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to satisfaction.
- Skilled in teamwork and team building.
- Flexible and effective communicator.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
