General Description (Job Scope)
- Training and Development: Deliver training sessions on HSE standards and practices to staff at all levels, fostering a proactive safety culture
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all staff comply with established HSE guidelines and legal requirements across various operational sites
- Incident Management: Lead the investigation of any HSE-related incidents, accidents, or near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implement and lessons are communicated to all relevant staff
Specific Accountabilities
- Monitor HSE compliance and sharing of non-compliance incidents.
- Conduct risk assessments and perform sit survey for new sites
- Hazard reporting
- Incident investigations and reporting
- Conduct HSE audits and inspections
- Facilitation of both internal and external HSE audits and inspections
- Maintaining and update of site specifics risk assessments
- Develop and Implement HSE procedures
Skills Required
- Knowledge in HSE Regulations, standard, and best practices
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits and incident investigations
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as pat of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Minimum Diploma holder in any relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics, supply chain management
- Must have experience as HSE roles and overseeing safety programs across multiple sites or projects
- Willing to travel within city
- Must have basic knowledge in Ms. Office
- Required to work weekdays and weekend without OT
- Working site in Tampines, Singapore
