- Map/Analyze/Design/Standardize operational/production processes on global level following manufacturing methodologies and standards
- Cooperate with regional/site Industrial Engineers/SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) on identifying site differences and effectively incorporate into general process design
- Create Product/Process/System flow charts (OmniGraffle/Visio)
- Maintain global process design template and drive sites for regular time measurements and utilization rate updates
- Maintain configuration documents describing production system functionality and configurability from solution design perspective (business)
- Maintain production system configuration data and matrices
- Track customer changes in project management tools (WorkFront), analyze system impact and interact with IT developers – communicate through IT management tool (JIRA), raise the ticket and describe details
- Analyze customer requirement, design solution and prepare relevant documentation
- Track company internal Change Requests/Improvements, regularly review with the sites. Analyze impact, set priority and incorporate solution into global process setup, communicate requirements with IT developers (raise ticket in JIRA, etc.)
- Define Reporting and Dashboards based on customer requirements and internal needs (key production indicators)
- Proactively look for process/system improvements
- Education in Engineering (Industrial/Manufacturing – preferred)
- 5 years' experience in Industrial/Manufacturing engineering, Solution Design of Production processes (systems), Customer Change management & implementation
- Skills in LEAN manufacturing or TPS
- Strong analytical, logical and creative thinking
- MS office, AutoCAD, Process Simulation, Process management
- MTM (methods-time management), e.g. MOST
