General Description
- To perform equipment setup, installation, testing, troubleshooting and component replacement
- Attend to equipment breakdown and carry out fault finding, diagnosis and recovery of equipment’s, with a focus of providing high level of response and service time.
- Follow Preventive Maintenance schedules planned out by superiors to specific standards and procedures while maintaining all relevant working documents as applicable
- Maintain and update spare part listing as assigned by superior.
- Liaise with Vendor and Operations to carried out maintenance on equipment
- Assist and Follow-up on matters of continuous improvement plan assigned by superior.
- Guide fellow colleagues and operators on troubleshooting equipment’s when necessary.
- Share and elaborate the root caused found after troubleshooting.
- Update on daily task as assigned by superior.
- Ad-hoc task as assigned by management.
Education/Qualification :
- Nitec or higher electrical engineering
- Diploma in Electronic Engineering Skills Required:
- Basic computer literate
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong team player with initiative, capable of working independently with solid technical skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive working attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time management skills
