- Comprehend and follow all relevant operating procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters regarding daily matters.
- Plan orders to meet customer shipment and collection requirements.
- Collect data and prepare accurate reports as necessary.
- Oversee cycle count administration.
- Ensure that all incoming (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently and promptly.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all shipment documentation.
- Implement initiatives for process improvement.
- Report any non-conformances in receiving to the Executive.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Higher/NITEC in related field or GCE ‘O’/'N' Level.
- Preferably 2 years of related experience.
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook & VBA).
- Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
