Responsibilities
1) Plan and supervise day-to-day inbound & outbound admin/operations activities to deliver all the required targets.
2) Plan and execute daily resources to ensure KPI is not compromised.
3) Assist staffs to resolve all booking/operations challenges/issues.
4) Train all admin/operations staffs adequately and maintain all relevant records.
5) Check team conformance to all HSE, Security, 5S and quality standards.
6) Check team compliance to system processes or customer's specified requirement
7) Escalate to Manager/Operations Executive on any non-conformance and execute assigned remedy actions to resolve this non-conformance.
8) Perform all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
9) Support and execute all system testing/upgrade activities with internal and/or external stakeholders.
10) Support and execute all activities to achieve business Continuous Improvement & Sustainability objectives.
11) Perform all other tasks or duties assigned by Manager/Operation Executive
12) Recommend disciplinary actions, when appropriate and necessary, on admin personnel whom do not comply to the Company's policies, rules and regulations, duties & responsibilities.
13) Plan and arrange for overtime related to admin when need arises, as per requested by Manager/Operations Executive.
14) Supervise admin/operations team to ensure every quarter end closure with all targets met.
15) Assist Manager/Operations Executive to build a cohesive team
16) To coordinate and liaise with customers / transporter on day to day issues (Admin)
17) To manage returns from customer and returns to vendors
18) To perform data-entry for warehouse operations and generating of pick list
19) Liaise with customer / transporter for inbound and outbound shipments (Admin)
20) To generate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
