    1. Optimization of procured space allocation through systematic communications within internal stakeholders.
    2. To lead and review allocation requirements and escalation management for all carriers to achieve optimal weekly utilization on a consistent basis. 
    3. Develops, promotes and trains innovative procurement models, concepts and initiatives to improve overall product competitiveness
    1. Identifies, develops and promotes pricing models to increase footprint of the regional 

    FCL product

    1. Executes and cascades DB Schenker Global (or aligned Regional) Preferred Ocean Carrier strategy within the assigned Region and into the clusters/countries and increases the overall VIP contribution
    2. Negotiates, procures, prices FCL rates for all kinds of FCL ocean freight business opportunities (focus on regional opportunities) and supports country trade teams to achieve best procurement results as well as optimal pricing with customers on an end to end basis.
    3. Liaises with the cluster/country counterparts in assigned region as well as regional counterparts regions to identify synergies and evaluate further opportunities for development.
    4. Develops and aligns, promotes, executes and steers Regional Trade Lane strategies and optimizes the FCL related business structure
    5. Develops, aligns, implements, executes, trains regional Trade guidelines for increase of volume and quality of the FCL product within the regional organization 
    6. Executes, supports and monitors the globally binding Trade Lane strategy into the region and its’ clusters/countries and ensures the clear split of responsibility for Trade Lane activities between stakeholders (ie global/region/cluster/country/biz unit)
    7. Aligns, implements and monitors the Regional FCL Trade Lane budget with the clusters/countries including execution and defining the Regional / Cluster Trade strategy, monitoring and controlling of FCL volume performance as well as GP performance and management of deviations 
    8. Processes and aligns regional trade lane related marketing in cooperation with Global Head of Trade, Regional Ocean Solutions as well as Sales and Sales Planning 
    9. Creates regional Ocean Freight FCL market analysis in close cooperation with Cluster/Country management and regional Ocean Solutions 
    10. Defines Trade Lane related business requirements for new and innovative solutions, incl best practice sharing amongst regions and clusters.
    11. Drives and supports Regional Ocean Solutions, Sales and Sales Planning on Regional and Cluster Trade level regarding identification and acquisition of strategic FCL accounts by defining account strategies (regional accounts) as well as supporting account strategies (for global or international) accounts and attendance on key customer meetings

    3-5 years' experience in Ocean Freight Forwarded / Ocean Procurement / Ocean Carrier

    Basic Microsoft Office Tools

    Experienced in Ocean Market Trend Analysis

    Experienced handling Internal stakeholder management

    Experienced in Procurement and allocation management

    Experienced in Ocean Freight Pricing
