Job Description
- Reports to the Logistics Team Lead /Logistics Operations Manager.
- Arrange and coordinates transportation for local and overseas shipment.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for all deliveries and shipment.
- Ensure that all goods to be delivered are arranged in a timely and appropriate manner according to Customer requirement & guidelines.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for daily pick up of shipments.
- Process orders by entering in SAP system.
- Issues proper shipping document (DO, Packing List & Invoices)
- Assist to prepare goods for shipment by performing part audit & packing of goods.
- Performs any other task as instructed by Team Leader / Operations Manager.
Job Requirements
- Preferable more than 2 years working experience in logistics, warehouse field role.
- Organized, ability to handle multitask.
- Good attitude to work as a team.
- Must be fit and willing to help the work at warehouse (if required)
- Have experience using MS office, especially Excel & Outlook.
