Reports to the Logistics Executive /Logistics Operations Manager.
- Arrange and coordinates with Customers & Warehouse operations with regards to Customer Service Requests raised.
- Ensure that all goods to be delivered are arranged in a timely and appropriate manner according to Customer requirement & guidelines.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for daily pick up of shipments.
- Process orders by entering in SAP system.
- Ensure all orders are received in SAP system and respond & closed the CSR request in an appropriate manner and well achieved.
- Assist to prepare goods for shipment by performing part audit & packing of goods.
- Maintain high level of customer service including advance advice of shipping information, readiness of goods and prompt response to customer requests
- Performs any other task as instructed by Logistics Executive /Logistics Operations Manager.
- Relevant Supply Chain, Customer Service experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment will be preferred.
- Organized, ability to handle multitask.
- Good attitude to work as a team.
- Must be fit and willing to help the work at warehouse (if required)
- Have experience using MS office, especially Excel & Outlook.
