- Oversee the daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Lead and supervise a team of 40 store assistants and storekeepers to meet departmental goals and KPIs
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy at all times
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations within operation team.
- Conduct regular toolbox meetings with the operations team
- Good Knowledge of WMS, SAP or any other related warehouse application systems
- Good Leadership Capabilities
- Good Planning Skillsets
- Manpower & Resource Management Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse operations
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Certificate/Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or other certifications in a similar discipline
