    Specific Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Maintain master data in all freight forwarding applications.
    • Periodically review and cleanse master data.
    • Perform other master data maintenance activities like Project Tracking, Vessel and SCAC Maintenance, country holidays.
    • Coordinates with country operation and finance teams as well as with other MDM groups across DB.
    • Participate, investigate, and identify the attributes that are needed to support the business and set the characteristics of the data element.
    • Handle and execute Healthcare/Pharma shipments (documentation) as per organizational guidelines, customer requirements and GDP Principles.
    • Contributes improvement ideas.
    • Perform ad-hoc task(s) as requested by the Direct Manager.
    • Compliance with the work procedures & data privacy
    • Daily Huddle board updates
    • Job Level Rank and File Admin Reports To Sales Team Lead Employment Type Full-time
    • Department Sales Functional Reports To Sales Team Lead Location SMACCI
    • Daily update of Productivity files
    • Work overtime and/on weekends when required.

    Primary Qualifications

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in any field.
    • Fresh graduates are accepted.
    • Quick learner with regards to IT application usage.
    • Excel Knowledge -Basic understanding of formulas / functions
    • Good analytical skill with high attention to detail.
    • Good planning skill and high focus on task execution.


    Secondary Qualifications

    • General understanding of MS Office and how to utilize its functionality to his/her work.
