    What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

    Responsible for coordinating, implementing, creating, and monitoring human management subsystems, such as Talent Adquisition, onboarding, training, payroll, performance appraisal, employee, survey, policies, procedures, job descriptions, organization charts and other human management efforts.

    What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

    • University graduate with an academic degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Talent Management, Business Administration or similar.
    • Experience in a similar position of 4 years or more.
    • Intermediate-advanced English
    • Experience in payrolls, Panamanian labor law and workloads.
    • Experience in controlling vacations & permits.
    • Experience in managing KPIs – monthly reports.
    • Availability to attend to work situations in case of emergencies.
