    Working hours: Monday to Friday / 9:00 to 17:30

    What will you be doing?

    • Providing excellent customer service and driving the same ethos throughout the business and team.
    • Interacting with customers on all levels and developing long-term relationships.
    • Consistently delivering and driving customer satisfaction to meet & exceed expectations, ensuring all team members provide proactive customer service.
    • Retaining and growing all current business to maximize the amount of business carried for every customer.
    • Introducing measurements to evaluate team performance & quality, and the department's level of service to all customers on a monthly basis.
    • Responding efficiently to customer issues & complaints and introducing continuous improvement measures.
    • Managing the complete Key Accounts department activity to achieve all targets and budgets set by the company.
    • Taking responsibility for the management and development of employees within the department, including performance management and career development plans.

    Requirements

    About You

    We are looking for a dynamic leader with the following skills and experience:

    Airfreight Expertise: Previous experience in airfreight and a solid understanding of the air industry, you bring invaluable insights to our operations.

    Customer Service Excellence: Your exceptional customer service skills set the standard for the team, ensuring our clients receive top-notch support.

    People Management: You excel in managing and motivating a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

    Effective Communication: Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to convey information clearly and build strong relationships.

    Organizational Expertise: Your outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage high workloads ensure deadlines are met even in challenging situations.
