    Your tasks

    • Approval of carrier documents (check if the Carrier can work with DB Schenker)
    • Carrier acquisition and onboarding
    • New carriers' identity check
    • Solving support tickets regarding our Drive4Schenker Portal or Carrier Management initiatives
    • Communication with carriers from the Romanian market and local DB Schenker branches
    • Participation in other initiatives such as testing, translations

    Requirements

    • Full professional proficiency in Romanian (C1 at least)
    • Professional proficiency in English (B2 at least)
    • Knowledge of basic MS Excel functions
    • Strong interpersonal skills

    Nice to have:

    • Customer care or logistics industry experience
    • Interest in Logistics and/or IT
    • Proficiency in any other language is a big plus

    We are looking for a Carrier Cooperation Consultant with Romanian who will join our Carrier Management Support Center, responsible for carrier accounts administration, user support and data maintenance within Drive4Schenker - a digital platform enabling collaboration with almost 67,000 registered carriers, and dispatchers from more than 400 branches.
