Finance and Accounting Service Delivery
The Finance and Accounting Service Delivery Department team provides comprehensive financial and accounting services to internal and external stakeholders. They manage financial transactions, including P2P (Promise 2 Pay), O2C (Order 2 Cash), R2R (Record 2 Report). This department ensures adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Account maintenance, FX deals, MEC activities, daily activities such as batches/petty cash, maintenance of FA accounts, and handling the creation/change of assets and depreciation.
Contribute to invoice processing, automatic payment runs and cash application.
Manage intra-branch activities, disputes processes, and handle manual postings to ensure smooth operations.
Tackle bank transactions, payments, and reconciliation of bank accounts to maintain financial accuracy.

Engage in the processing of incoming payments, debtor accounts maintenance, manual postings, refunds processing (automatic or manual), and play a crucial role in debtor management (collections, disputes, dunning) and balance confirmation.

Invoice processing, analysis, and controls, contributing to closing operations with precision.
Supplier enablement and integration, tool master data, sourcing support and functional support.

Keeping customer-related and vendor-related information up-to-date in our systems to facilitate seamless business operations.
