    Join our team as a Warehouse Team Leader!


    We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to the supervisor and work collaboratively with other operators. Your primary responsibilities will involve motivating team members, closely assisting the supervisor, and offering support to management across all areas of the business.


    • Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin
    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 8:00 - 16:00



    What will you be doing?


    • Ensuring the fulfilment of business requirements, including service level agreements and customer expectations.
    • Interfacing with customers on a daily basis, addressing their needs and maintaining strong customer relationships.
    • Managing and directing the team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their performance.
    • Collaborating with the manager on people-related matters and actively participating in performance reviews.
    • Maintaining excellent real-time communication with customers, colleagues, and the direct team.
    • Ensuring strict adherence to work-related processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and uphold quality standards.
    • Monitoring and recording performance parameters to identify areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.
    • Producing reports as required, providing valuable insights and data analysis.

    • Strong people management skills: You should possess excellent abilities to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 
    • Excellent communication skills: You must have clear and concise communication skills to effectively convey information and instructions to team members and interact with colleagues, suppliers, and customers. 
    • Problem-solving skills: We require individuals who can think critically and find efficient solutions to challenges that may arise in a fast-paced warehouse environment. 
    • Flexibility and resilience: The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure is crucial for success in this role. 
    • Motivational and coaching skills: You should have the ability to inspire and encourage team members, supporting their professional development and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
