    Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills? We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and drive a high-performance team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

    • Location: Leixlip, Kildare
    • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30

     

    What will you be doing?

    • Ensure business requirements are met, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.
    • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to resolve operational challenges.
    • Provide direction, coaching, training, and development to your team.
    • Conduct performance reviews and support staff growth.
    • Monitor and record performance metrics while ensuring all processes and procedures are followed.
    • Maintain excellent communication with customers, colleagues, and the team.
    • Ensure a well-organized warehouse, including docks and yard areas.

    About You

    • Previous experience in a similar role within a relevant industry (preferred).
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • A flexible, adaptable mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
    • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
    • Knowledge of SAP and IMI systems.
    • Understanding of multiple customer processes, including forward logistics, returns, TKM, SIRA, and iStarts.
