Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and customer services.
Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.
Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production/sales requirements.
Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of business support.
Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
Monitor direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
Analyze all aspects of contract logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient.
Plan and purchase warehouse packing materials.
Ensure the Factory Dock operation meeting the SLA and KPI.
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
