1. To attend to any enquiry from Customers, suppliers and Vendors, feedback to them in reasonable time frame with satisfactory reply
2. To execute requests from Customers, Suppliers and Vendors according to process and procedure established
3. To accept any job responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
1. To prepare and generate weekly inventory reports and utilizations to customer.
2. To disseminate updated information from Customer to warehouse operations timely and accurately.
3. To notify Customer and Supplier on shipment discrepancy via mail .
4. To respond to customer or related parties’ email promptly
5. To coordinate rework/screening activities as per Supplier/Customer requirement
6. To update GR,SPT and NIT using customers system
7. To prepare bonded custom transactions
8. To update In and Out Custom Lot quantity and number.
