• Disseminate updated information from Customer, Carrier to warehouse operations timely and accurately.
• Email and follow-up phone calls to update Customer, stakeholders on the latest development and milestone update of any customer orders and hub operation-related issues.
• Coordinate with customers on the Urgent/Exception pull and work with the operation team to hand over the goods on time.
• Review/troubleshoot the audit trail report for any inventory discrepancies.
• Perform system updates on time and accurately on any request from Customer or their Suppliers to on-hold parts in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure the parts are segregated with proper labels at the on-hold location area.
• Notify Customer of any shipment discrepancy via mail and follow-up by phone call for subsequent follow-up.
• Respond to Customer or related parties’ emails promptly.
• Coordinate with the Operation team if any rework/screening/scrap activities are required as per Customer requirements.
• Properly file, update, and maintain all company documents and records.
• STPM/Diploma
• Certification in Communication Skills and SAP hands-on is an added advantage.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• Computer literate (Microsoft and Excel).
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport preferred.
