- Manages day to day operations activities from inbound to outbound.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality of Inbound & Outbound fulfilment.
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Ensure organized, structured, cleanliness, and supplies of warehouse processes.
- Lead in Process and Key Metric improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
- Produce regular reports and statistics of operation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Management of employees including training and development planning.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or contract logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software
