    Your tasks

    • Analyze learning needs to identify instructional design plan to support effective learning
    • Create visually appealing, interactive, and engaging content that utilizes best practices in adult learning theory, instructional design, and self-study material's development.
    • Work on storyboarding and building of the (digital) learning assets such as: (Virtual) Classroom Training, e-Learning, Learning Video, Learning Games, Work Instructions, Web Helps etc.
    • Design and development of data collection tools and methods to measure the impact of training.
    • Have an influence on development and perfecting training and knowledge sharing standards for all global users.
    • Support Training Team when required on a business needs basis.
    • Work extensively with experts, project teams of varying sizes, and business stakeholders at multiple levels.
    • Promote learning culture and support marketing campaigns of Training Team portfolio.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development and adult training design
    • 2+ years of experience in applying Instructional Design, learning models, adult learning principles and theories
    • Experience in working with LMS platforms (creating curriculums, reporting, etc.)
    • Fluency with authoring tools like Camtasia, Articulate 360, Mad Cap Flare etc.
    • Ability to explain/convey complex technical content in a learner-adjusted manner
    • Evidenced experience in the following domains: e-learning, video learning, mobile and social learning, storytelling.
    • Fluency in English (written & spoken) and ability to work in multicultural environment
    • Strong and proven project management skills
    • Detail oriented with strong analytical/probing skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Team player, accountable, and self-motivated
    • Experience in using HTML or XML authoring systems will be an asset.
    • Experience creating learning content for global audiences is a plus.

    Our offer

    We are looking for a Training Instructional Designer, who will be responsible for providing blended learning solutions (incl. eLearning) for employees across DB Schenker global network. The trainings will be provided to single individuals within a company as well as large groups of people from different countries and departments of DB Schenker. Training Instructional Designer will be also responsible for creating and delivering learning content related to DB Schenker digital products, applications and solutions used by company employees and customers.
