Tasks & Responsibilities
Support for P&O Integration Management Office (IMO) main tasks:
Maintenance and further development of carve out/ integration/ integration-related topics in strong collaboration with the Schenker Integration Management Office within a global P&O framework for qualified data collection and information sharing with global P&O teams
Regular reporting, progress monitoring and deviation escalation
Absence stand-in for the Whistleblowing Manager
Management and tracking of new incoming reports in close cooperation with various stakeholders
Reporting, data maintenance, reminder management
Absence replacement for the SGBS Contract Review Lead
Review and red lining the incoming customer contracts and customer questionnaires from HR perspective, including Human Rights and Labor Law perspective
Deliverables & Achievable
Proper consultancy and documentation concerning the integration tasks. Ensure process guidance and clarity for global, region and cluster teams and minimize risks.
High quality of case management with global stakeholders
You have a degree in law, economics or a comparable qualification with a focus on employment law or human resources.
You collected relevant work experience in the exciting environment of an international company and preferably in Human Resources or a support function, ideally with a background in supporting and coordinating (global) projects incl. advising of executives
You have additional experience in the (HR) compliance environment and the ability to become acquainted with different topics and situations quickly
You have strong skills in stakeholder engagement and interface management
You have very good analytical and conceptual skills
You have the ability to communicate effectively, create successful networks and act confidently at all hierarchy levels of the organization
You are committed, assertive and work independently
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken (German or every other language is a plus)
