Position Description Summary:
Responsible for supporting company projects related to sales, operations, IT, accounting and/or human resources initiatives for a given functional area. This includes managing related projects, vendors, personnel, and assets within the project.
Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):
Identify and budget project related vendors, staff, and resources as required to meet goals and objectives
Provide regular communication for goal, objective, and project status to management and project team members
Identify, select and manage project personnel and resources needed to achieve objectives assigned
Strategic analysis of key business initiatives as related to specific projects
Integrate and systematize related business processes to achieve maximum project productivity
Essential Functions:
Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.
Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel):
This is a project management position. Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred. Generally prefer 2-4 years of related supervisory experience.
