Join our Team as an Operations Administration Specialist!
Are you an organized and detail-focused professional with a passion for administration and customer service? We are looking for an Operations Administration Specialist to support our T3 site operations. While the role will primarily focus on the Alps contract, you will also provide administrative support across multiple customers, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.
Location: Tamworth 3, UK
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30
What Will You Be Doing?
- Handling administrative tasks for various customers based at the T3 site.
- Attending daily briefings and supporting operational requirements.
- Managing and processing transportation invoices.
- Completing invoicing backing documents across multiple customers.
- Ensuring all documentation issued to the warehouse is completed, obtained, and actioned.
- Coordinating transportation requests in line with customer OTIF requirements.
- Maintaining effective communication with customers, suppliers, and transportation providers.
- Investigating and responding to non-conformances promptly.
- Ensuring high-quality and compliant administration for customer activities.
About You
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work across different customer accounts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with invoicing systems.
