    Join our Team as an Exports Freight Operations Clerk - Late Shift!

    Are you passionate about logistics and customer service? Join our dynamic team as an Exports Freight Operations Clerk in our Bradford branch. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our land freight operations meet and exceed customer expectations, while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with our established service levels.

    Location: Bradford, UK

    Working hours: Monday to Friday – 1pm - 9pm fully onsite

     

    What Will You Be Doing?

    As a OCL Specialist, you will:

    • Understand customer requirements and ensure the delivery of first-class customer service.
    • Plan, arrange, monitor, and control all elements of land transport export shipments, while completing all associated documentation (operational, administrative, and legal).
    • Operate Schenker IT Systems, MS Office, and other associated tools effectively.
    • Understand and adhere to the company’s Quality Policy and Objectives, maintaining KPIs throughout your work.
    • Respond promptly to general inquiries and queries, escalating as necessary for resolution.

    About You

    We are looking for candidates who possess:

    • A strong understanding of land freight operations and customer service excellence.
    • Proficiency in using IT systems, especially Schenker and MS Office.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an attention to detail.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving departmental and company goals.
    • A commitment to compliance with legal and company standards.
