    Dine oppgaver

    The department
    As a Warehouse Supervisor you manage 15 to 50 employees, including some cooperating foremen. You ensure good cooperation. In consultation with the Operations Manager, you determine the deployment of personnel and equipment daily.
    Main activities
    • You take care of the internal document flow
    • You make recommendations for improvement regarding working methods, tools, and the layout of the warehouse
    • You monitor the incoming and outgoing flow of goods
    • You can provide adequate customer-oriented complaint handling and you can register this via the guidelines drawn up
    • You participate in the weekly consultation with your colleagues in the other shifts

    Din profil

    We ask
    • You have at least MBO level and several years of work experience in a warehouse environment
    • You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing
    • You like to make good agreements and act accordingly
    • You have persuasiveness and you are able to motivate your team
    • You are stress resistant and can switch quickly to changing circumstances
