    • develop company's agile mindset together with Leadership Team
    • assess current organizational / delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices
    • develop, continuously check and leverage metrics of agility maturity and effectiveness
    • coach / mentor Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Product Owners
    • develop with internal Partners collaboration focused on agile delivery of business value
    • develop internal / external communication, improving transparency
    • promote continuous improvement culture
    • support visualization, simplification & orchestration of dependencies between the teams
    • collaborate with Agile Coaches from other Global Delivery Hubs
    • support existing and initiate necessary Agile communities
    • organize required Agile trainings and workshops
    • develop internal / external communication, improving transparency

    Din profil

    • 3+ years of experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master or RTE in complex set-ups with multiple teams working on one productKnowledge on Lean and Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAF'e, LeSS or other scaling frameworks)
    • Possessing strong intercultural competence, a global mindset, and excellent communication skills
    • Experience of working in a virtual environment, including international collaboration
    • strong communication and coaching skills
    • excellent English (min. B2)

    Nice to have

    • Lean management knowledge,
    • Agile certification (e.g. PSM, PSPO, PSD),
    • Jira/Confluence/GitHub/GitLab/TestRail
    • ITIL, ITSM
