    • Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring product quality.

    • Plan and oversee the efficient operations of the assigned department.

    • Meet or exceed customer KPIs and internal quality objectives by regularly monitoring performance and reporting to the manager.

    • Communicate closely with customers to understand and fulfill their requirements.

    • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and implement new methods and process reviews.

    • Ensure timely submission of department reports as required by management and customers.

    • Oversee warehouse inventory, material handling, transportation, and manpower planning.

    • Manage the movement, distribution, and storage of products.

    • Control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing shipments.

    • Set clear expectations for employees and provide necessary training.

    • Maintain and account for all assigned department tools and equipment.

    • Ensure work areas are well-maintained for optimal ergonomics.

    • Ensure packed goods are properly checked and collected by drivers.

    • Maintain proper storage of goods and uphold good housekeeping standards.

    • Update and track stock levels and maintain accurate records.

    • Coordinate shipments, delivery schedules, and related logistics workflows.

    • Manage root cause investigations and reduce overages, shortages, and damaged shipments.

    • Address and investigate customer complaints.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to drive continuous improvements in processes, productivity, and cost efficiency.

    • Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitary, and workplace safety standards at all times.

    • Prepare and monitor the Handling Line report.

    • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by managers.

    • STPM or a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field with equivalent experience.

    • Minimum of 3 years of warehousing experience.

    • Strong proficiency in SAP, NGW system, and Microsoft Excel.

    • Overall operational accountability for Inbound, Outbound, TKM, RVC, and Non-Bonded activities.

    • Responsible for consolidating weekly and monthly reports (e.g., HC report).

    • Ownership of Monthly KPIs and participation in weekly reviews with customers (Anna/KP/Lu Li).

    • Lead audits for Safety & Health, Quality, Cycle Count/KPMG, and ISO9001 compliance.

    • Process owner and trainer for Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

    • Measure labor productivity annually.

    • Ensure proper storage of non-bonded items per customs requirements after Duty & Tax payments for shipment arrangements.

    • Oversee daily cycle counts, ensure compliance, and report discrepancies.

    • Validate monthly billing reports.

    • Perform weekly inventory matching validation between SAP and NGW.

    • Request storage period extensions for Customs lot validity when necessary.

    • Knowledge of customs declaration procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments.

    • Maintain a positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

    • Ability to work under pressure.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with management and workers.

    • Ability to set priorities, work independently, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.

    • Strong problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

    • Independent, team-oriented, and highly ethical.
