Responsible for coordinating, implementing, creating, and monitoring human management subsystems, such as Talent Adquisition, onboarding, training, payroll, performance appraisal, employee, survey, policies, procedures, job descriptions, organization charts and other human management efforts.
Requirements
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- University graduate with an academic degree in Organizational Psychology or similar.
- Experience in a similar position of 4 years or more.
- Intermediate-advanced English
- Experience in payrolls, Panamanian labor law and workloads.
- Experience in controlling vacations & permits.
- Experience in managing KPIs - monthly reports.
