Your tasks
The department
We are looking for a Teamleader for our data center at our site at the Eemshaven. As a Teamleader you will handle the logistical flow of goods on site, manages inventory and infrastructure. You will lead the team on the floor, and secure the right quality. You will report to the Operations Manager. You will work in a dynamic environment where continuous innovation is paramount. Our location is growing fast, will you grow with us?
Main activities
Leading all working activities within the scope, to make sure time and quality demands, and client specific demands will be met.
- Responsible for efficient work methods and procedures
- Review employee performance, coach, instruct and provide training
- Motivate and develop employees
- Responsible for HR matters
- Take part in conversations on absenteeism among others and in case of need be able to converse in a secondary language
- Responsibility for order, safety at work and cleanliness on the shop floor
- Adequate use of resources

- Participate in and organization of meetings
Requirements
We ask
- At least two years of experience in logistics
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Sharp eye for safety
- Strong in working independently and project-based
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Good command of the English language in word and writing
