Senior System Analyst, GOIS

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from a recognized institution include computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience with user support.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with system administrator (Windows Server).
• Be able to travel within and outside the state as and when required.
• Preferably Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware support or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills and is able to work independently.
• Strong determination, able to handle pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

The senior system analyst or senior support engineer provides 2nd line IT system support and administration of applications, servers, and networks, ensuring continuity of internal and customer-servicing IT systems and related equipment in line with Global Policy.
