• Understand and comply to Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System and all related operating processes.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ transporter on day-to-day issues, order planning to meet customer’s order fulfilment, shipment delivery and collection requirements.
• Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports to the Operations Executive.
• Perform cycle count administration.
• Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
• Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
• Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation.
• Report to the Operations Executive on all receiving non-conformances.
• Perform day-to-day roles of the Operations Executive as assigned.
Skillset Requirements
• Good knowledge in Warehouse Management System and hands-on experience with handling electronic devices such as RF scanners,
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA)
• Practical Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Good problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively.
• Willing to voice out opinions and share best practices to improve team performance.
• Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Experience and Qualification
• Possess diploma in logistics or supply chain. holder
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations and customer service
• Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning
• Detail oriented, analytical and innovative.
• Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
