QHSSE Manager, Contract Logistics

• Manage and maintain Quality & EHS & Security (QHSSE) management system in related branch/ WH/ Project in Greater China, to ensure the procedures are followed to achieve the targets.
• Follow and monitor ISO9001/ ISO14001 / ISO45001 implementation, also support IMS (QHSSE Integrate Management System) audit pass every year
• Can identify related laws and regulation, to ensure the regulatory compliance in order to follow customer expectations
• Work with team colleagues to complete internal and external audits with a satisfactory conclusion.
• In charge of QHSSE issue investigation, identified non-conformances, summary issue log and work out corrective/ preventive action, monitor and validate CAPA performance, ensure the issue are dealt with promptly and effectively
• Provide adequate training to ensure the Company's QHSSE Management System and Policy is understood effectively by all employees.
• Measure performance of the agents and suppliers to ensure them keep the service level and improvement and keep in step with company's develop and request.
• Cooperate with sales for contract review, project solution support.
• Work with Greater China QHSSE team for more cooperate.

• Degree holder in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality, EHS or security
• Knowledge of logistics is an advantage
• Familiar with ISO9001 or ISO14001 or ISO45001 or TAPA management system
• Strong experience in QMS /EHSMS/ TAPA set up and maintenance
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Organized and attentive to details
• Good problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel
