    Solution Design & Development 

     

    • Assist senior team members in the design and development of solutions tailored to client needs and oversee product line and trend direction with the aim of retaining existing customers and onboarding new customers. 
    • Gather and organise client requirements to support the creation of viable technical and commercial proposal. 
    • Assist in preparing cost estimates and pricing model for review. 
    • Assist in evaluating technical feasibility and risk assessment for proposed solutions. 
    • Help ensure proposed solutions are practical and align with business objectives.

     

    Commercial Desk Assistance 

    • Provide administrative support to the commercial desk including document preparation, proposal drafting and updating pricing templates. 
    • Work on margin improvement initiatives by optimizing cost structures and pricing models. 
    • Monitor and track contract performance to ensure alignment with agreed-upon terms. 
    • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date commercial data in relevant databases and tools. 
    • Respond to pricing and proposal queries from sales team and ensuring timely delivery.


    Market Intelligence & Data Collection: 

     

    • Conduct market research, including gathering data on competitors, pricing, industry trends and emerging market opportunities. 
    • Compile and organize market data for review by senior team members. 
    • Track and report on industry developments, emerging trends, and competitive intelligence. 
    • Support the preparation of market analysis reports for internal stakeholders.


    Data Analysis & Reporting: 

     

    • Assist in collecting and organizing data related to pricing, commercial performance and client feedback. 
    • Use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) to generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor pricing. 
    • Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights on market performance, pricing, and commercial trends. 
    • Help create presentations or reports that summarize key findings and recommendations for improvement.

     

    Collaboration & Communication:

     

    • Collaborate with various teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure clear communication and the successful implementation of commercial solutions. 
    • Support the commercial team in cross-functional projects and initiatives. 
    •  Help prepare materials for client presentations and meetings.

     

    Client Engagement Support:

     

    • Provide administrative assistance during client meetings, including preparing documents and taking notes. 
    • Built and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders by responding to inquiries and ensuring follow-ups on deliverables. 
    • Assist in presenting solutions and proposals to clients in collaboration demonstrating the value and benefits of the company's offerings.  

     

     


    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics / Commercial-related field. Minimum 1-2 years of working experiences in the industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed. 
    • Basic logistics / transportation pricing knowledge is an advantage. 
    • Good interpersonal skills to engage all levels of internal and external stakeholders.  
    • Good communication skill and competent in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.  
    • Good planning and organisational skills. Must be able to think diligently and probe the right questions to derive correct information.
    • Must have problem solving and analytical skills to produce ideal proposal and solution.  
    • Possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, customers, and vendors.  
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented manner to consistently produce results with a proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (especially Excel) for data management and reporting .
