Responsibilities of the job:
*Manage a portfolio of customers for accounts receivable specific activities
*Accurately investigate, clarify and allocate incoming payments
*Initiate communication via e-mail with the customers to ensure maintenance of their accounts
*Perform posting of invoices, recurring bookings, write-offs and individual allowances
*Ensure timely and accurately direct debit process, including SEPA mandates activation and clarification of return direct debits
*Assist with month-end closing activities
*Execute and document internal controls as per the agreed SLAs and internal procedures
*Trains and coaches new Joiners on the job, acting at the same time as the go to expert for critical situations/escalations;
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality
*Support performance and process reviews for internal and external customers by providing root cause analysis and preventive action plans
