Monitoring the use of supplies and equipment

Monitoring and maintain office equipment

Maintaining adequate stocks for supplies and office equipment

Providing administrative and clerical support

Providing support to ensure that internal security measures are meet

Ensuring internal health and safety measures are respected

Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they appear

Maintaining a proper communication with all suppliers and contributors

Preparing correspondence and documents and register the internal forms

Completing the necessary documents with the company's information

Contributing to team-wide communications and knowledge management

Organizing events and meetings

Taking care of other administrative tasks

Experience of working in a multicultural environment

Ability to work at a high standard (and while under pressure)

Smart and business like appearance

Strong organizational skills

Familiar with the use of office equipment

Computer literate, with keyboard skills and experience of word-processing, combined with the ability to acquire other skills as necessary

Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking

General technical knowledge

Advanced English language skills

Knowledge of another European language (in addition to Romanian/English) is an advantage
