Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment? We have two exciting opportunities for Senior Warehouse Supervisors to join our team in Leixlip! What will you be doing?

• Leading daily warehouse operations to meet customer service expectations and service level agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborating with the Site Manager and process engineers to optimize control processes.
• Reporting performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Handling investigations and implementing corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
• Managing seamless shift handovers to maintain operational continuity.
• Building strong relationships with customers and third-party partners, ensuring exceptional service.
• Mentoring, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve their full potential.
• Managing performance through goal setting, appraisals, and addressing disciplinary matters.
• Driving continuous improvement and fostering collaboration between supervisors and shift teams.
• Maintaining accurate records of attendance, overtime, and training plans.

About You:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior warehouse role within logistics or supply chain.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational reporting.
• Expertise in health and safety compliance within a warehouse environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
