Customer Service Specialists -Ocean Freight
Location: Nuneaton (Hybrid, Mon-Tue Office)
Hours: Mon- Fri 9-17:30
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Due to an exciting new business win, we’re expanding our Ocean Freight team in Nuneaton and looking for Customer Service Specialists to join us. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in exceeding customer expectations, we’d love to hear from you!
What will you be doing?
- Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and support.
- Proactively managing workflows to meet customer deadlines and expectations.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Monitoring Gross Profit (GP) post-shipment across all transport modes.
- Supporting the implementation of new customer profiles and processes.
- Participating in customer meetings and identifying business efficiencies with your team leader.
- Ensuring all pricing and quotations are completed accurately and on time.
About You
- Strong administration skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Finance knowledge or experience is a bonus.
- Freight forwarding knowledge would be beneficial ideally within Ocean Freight
- A positive attitude, motivation, and enthusiasm for customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
