- To check the status of material requirement from customer and arrange shipment pick-up from hub to customer
- To prepare and generate daily and weekly inventory reports to customer
- To ensure daily receiving system update within the goal set (KPI) by customer
- To ensure daily delivery performance within the goal set (KPI) by customer
- To counter check the receiving/outgoing documents information against the physical receipt by operations
- To notify Customer or Supplier on the shipment discrepancy (for example damage, physical short incoming, P/O number discrepancy, late delivery and extra) via mail by phone follow up
- To attend to Customers’ or Suppliers’ shipment inquiry and to coordinate with relevant parties when necessary
- To coordinate with customer on the Urgent/Exception pull and work with operation team to deliver the goods on timely
- To ensure daily/weekly data collection to update KPI and send the KPI to customer and internal SCHENKER Management on weekly and monthly basis
- To attend any required weekly/monthly meeting with customer/related parties
- To respond to customer or related parties email promptly
- Minimum of 1+ year of supervisory experience in Customer Service, preferably in the Logistics industry
- Basic Degree holder
- Degree in Logistics or supply chain is an advantage
- Certification in Basic Supervision
- Able to speak and written in English
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin for CS dealing with customers in Mandarin spoken countries
- Computer literate
- Must be open to working in the warehouse occasionally
