    Schenker, S.A. offers its services under the FIATA for freight forwarding. Vienna convention and Hague Rules and its liability does not exceed the ones described in such rules.

    Under no circumstances Schenker will liable for any loss or damage that cargo may suffer during transportation, handling or storage, considering that customer will contract own cargo insurance which must be in place prior the shipment.  Service offered, including any mode of transport (land, sea or by air), will be subject to International terms and conditions shown at the reverse of each transport document total cost of transport subject to make fluctuations for shipments processed by air, sea and / or land.
