General Description (Job Scope)
- Overall understanding of program, how each business unit connects with one another and explore business opportunities within each.
- Frequent customer engagement through weekly scorecard & quality meeting, monthly safety, CIP, project related, KPI meeting, monthly/quarterly business review, and strategic business review.
- Lead and/or participate in CIPs and/or ad hoc projects that border on workplace safety enhancement, automation, process steps elimination, quality/PPM improvements, productivity gains, data analytics, data visualization, storage model, freight consolidation, cross-border trucking, and overall network planning.
- Overall-in-charge of short (6mths) to long-term (10yrs) implementation planning timeline project.
Experience & Qualification
- Degree & above.
- At least 3 years of freight forwarding, air/ocean/land freight-related experience.
- At least 3 years of contract logistics leadership background advantageous.
- PMP certified advantageous.
