Develop and manage the SAP ECC and S4HANA Finance Services Operations processes with fo-cus on Incident-, Request- and Change Management processes.
Execution of service delivery and management of service performance of the specific services in scope, ensure timely issue resolution and continuous operations.
Responsibility of service budget, scope and quality, monitors service budget and resources. Steer and pilot respective subservices, and potential suppliers and contractors.
Responsible for the analysis, planning, measurement and improvement of the IT services in re-spect to the agreed service levels (SLAs), implementation of Service Improvement Plan.
Support of service review meetings with internal customers as well as cloud solution providers covering performance, service improvements, quality aspects and processes.
Responsible for delivering excellence in all aspects of the service delivery function within an ITIL derived framework.
Work close together with the business and application support teams
Responsible for security management and execution of risk management processes of technical service operation in accordance with company frameworks.
Actively manage the BAU Operations Support organization, working on the incidents resolution and change requests processes.
Graduate qualification in finance, computer science, business administration or related disciplines
Proven work experience (7+ years) in the area of IT Service Management for SAP – e.g. in Ser-vice Delivery, Incident Management or Change Management, ideally in an international environ-ment.
At least 3 years of work experience with Solution Manager – ITSM, ChaRM, Requirement Man-agement, Test Management, Focus Build Knowledge of finance business processes
Practical experience in SAP application support, ideally in SAP Finance
Foundational knowledge and in-depth understanding of IT Service Management processes within an ITIL derived framework
Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in working collaboratively with offshore delivery teams in an international environment and willingness to work within a global virtual team
Proficient skills regarding Continuity, Availability, SLA and Capacity Management are expected
Team player with eagerness to work in a multicultural and multinational context
Strong Business & IT Acumen
Fluency in written and spoken English
