    Join our team as a Business Administrator– Gateway!

    Join our dynamic Airfreight team as a Business Administrator within the Gateway Team. In this vital role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operational support for our branch, maintaining efficient administrative processes, and delivering high-quality service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a meaningful impact through organizational excellence.

    • Location: Heathrow, UK
    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30

     

    What Will You Be Doing?

    • Providing effective and efficient administrative support for the Gateway team.
    • Monitoring and managing personal email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and resolution of queries.
    • Handling Cass and airline handling invoices, ensuring accurate posting and documentation.
    • Running monthly transhipment invoicing and supporting reception duties as requested.
    • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Maintaining accurate records, filing, and ensuring Basware systems are up to date.

    About You

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Is proficient in administrative systems and confident handling invoices and reporting tasks.
    • Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
    • Can manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills to handle queries and ensure smooth operations.
