Join our Airfreight team as a Customer Service Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in managing import and export operations while delivering a seamless experience for our customers.

Location: Heathrow, UK

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will:

• Arrange collections from vendors and prepare essential shipping documentation (MAWB, HAWB).
• Ensure compliance with UK HMRC regulations through accurate export entry preparation.
• Handle job file invoicing, cost control, and post-flight procedures.
• Respond swiftly to queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately complete customer invoicing in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company compliance policies and ensure a safe working environment

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous airfreight experience.
• Strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Commitment to quality.
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
