    Vos tâches

    This position is responsible for guiding customer service team members in building and maintaining customer relationships while maximizing revenue opportunities through effectively utilizing our service offerings. Tasks & Responsibilities: * To meet or exceed individual customer Service Level Agreements (SLA). * Actively monitor and rectify scorecard by customer. * Ensure daily solicitation goals are met. * Coach team members to understand network needs and balance. * Model and teach effective communication to our internal and external customers. * Effectively build working relationships with sales team. * Implement and execute Service Improvement Plans (SIP). * To meet or exceed operating plan line haul goals. * Ensure understanding and use of all USA Truck service offerings. * Prepare and present training necessary for team members to achieve required results. * Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience. * Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results. * Able to promote a culture of trust and safety.

    Critères

    Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills: * High school diploma. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role or relevant experience. * Ability to develop team members through effective coaching skills. * Strong general knowledge of freight management including pricing, planning, and customer service. * Effective communication and collaboration laterally, upward, and downward. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience. * Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results. * Ability to promote a culture of trust and safety.
