Warehouse Operative - Days

Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operative in Heston, Hounslow! 

We are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Heston, Hounslow. If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have previous warehouse experience, we want to hear from you! 

Location: Heston (TW5 9NB)

Shifts Available: 

4 on / 4 off - 7:00 to 19:00

Tues-Sat Rotating 7:00-16:00 and 10:00-19:00

M-F Rotating 07:00-16:00 and 10:00-19:00

Salary: £26,326 + £3k shift allowance 

What Will You Be Doing? 

• Picking /Packing Aircraft Spares to tight deadlines.
• Inspecting, Stocking, Inventory cycle counts, WMS updates. Scanning documents 
• Adhering to Customer Processes and KPi’s.
• Following Customer specific requests. 
• Help to Maintain Stock Accuracy levels above 98%
• Aviation Security Compliance: Adhering to aviation security requirements,

About You: 

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, experience of aircraft stores would be highly advantageous.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks. 
• Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
